ROLE: Experienced Debt Advisor
NE Money, one of the North East’s leading debt and financial advice companies, are looking for an experienced debt advisor to join their growing team and to meet the increase in demand for debt and money advice. As an experienced debt advisor you will be used to interviewing clients to assess their financial situation and be able to deliver solutions to the client in line with the company’s service and ethical guidelines.
The position will be service and target driven to enable the individual, and the company, to meet their ambitious aspirations in respect to client attraction and retention, as well as adhering to their treating customers fairly policy.
Key skills and experience:
· Strong working knowledge of the debt management and insolvency industry
· Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in data collection, input and processing
· Excellent communication and organisation skills
· Self motivated with desire to be successful within fast moving industry
The role would compliment someone already working (employed or self employed) within the industry and with a good knowledge of the North East area.
The position will offer in return competitive salary (£18,000+ dependent on experience) with excellent bonus and OTE. Opportunity for training and career progression (including other aspects of financial services) will also be included for the right candidate.
