By now you will have received a letter from Your Smart Finance explaining the merger with NEMoney as well as some documentation to sign and post back to us.
You can rest assured your debt management plan is in safe hands and that we will do everything in our power to ensure you receive the highest possible levels of customer service.
To prevent any delay in the transfer of your debt management plan over to the team here at NEMoney we would ask that you post back in the pre paid self addressed envelope the documents enclosed with your letter from Your smart finance.
These documents are as follows
- NEMoney Standing Order Mandate - Please ensure that you add your bank sort code and account number as well as your bank address and post code to ensure your monthly payments reach us on time
- Your Smart Finance Standing Order cancellation letter - This is so we can cancell your existing payment to Your Smart Finance.
- NEMoney letter of authority - We require this document to be signed and dated by you to allow us to speak with your creditors.
Please make sure these documents are fully completed, signed and dated and posted back to us in the pre paid self addressed envelope provided. Failure to return these documents back to us quickly may cause a delay in payments reaching your creditors so we kindly ask that you give this your earliest attention.
